Vipengele vya Kondakta wa ACS:
MWENENDO WA JUU. ACS conductor inatoa conductivity ya 14%, 20%, 27%, 30% au 40%, kwa mujibu wa safu ya alumini ambayo hutumia (5%,10%, 14%, 15%, 25% ya radius). Ikilinganishwa na chuma cha mabati, conductivity yake ni kubwa mara tatu.
UZITO WA UPINGA WA JUU. ACS hutoa uwiano bora wa upinzani-uzito ikilinganishwa na waya nyingine zinazotumiwa katika njia za umeme. Nguvu yake ya mkazo ni kubwa mara 8 kuliko nyaya za alumini za kipenyo sawa na kidogo zaidi ya mara mbili zinazohusiana na uzito. Ikilinganishwa na waya wa mabati ya kipenyo sawa na sifa sawa za mitambo, uzito wa ACS ni 15% chini, na hudumisha sifa zake za mitambo kwa wakati kutokana na ulinzi bora unaotolewa na safu ya alumini.
Maombi ya Kondakta wa ACS:
Kondakta hii inatumika sana katika tasnia ya kebo kwa ajili ya utengenezaji wa Waya ya Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), nyaya za kawaida za udongo zilizo na waya na chuma zilizoimarishwa kwa kondakta za awamu, zote zitatumika katika njia za juu. Pia, inaweza kutumika katika maombi mbadala vifaa vya helical kwa mistari ya juu au wale ambapo upinzani dhidi ya kutu ni jambo muhimu.
Ujenzi:
Waya ya chuma iliyofunikwa na alumini juu ya waya ya ardhini ina upinzani bora wa kutu. Nguvu zake na upitishaji wake hubakia bila kubadilika katika angahewa yoyote ambapo alumini ni ya kuridhisha, hasa zile zinazojulikana kuwa na ulikaji kutokana na hali ya viwanda au anga. Uhakikisho huu dhidi ya kutu unapatikana kwa kutumia kifuniko kinene cha alumini safi ambayo hutoa kizuizi kikubwa cha chuma cha kinga.
